Returns & Exchanges

All unwanted item(s) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order as long as the item is in the original condition, has not been used and is in the original package. To return or exchange an item first contact us for authorization prior to shipping the item(s) to us. When we receive the merchandise we will inspect it for damage and use. If the item(s) meets our guidelines we will issue a full refund for the merchandise. We will not issue a refund for any shipping charges. If the item(s) does not meet our guidelines for a return then the customer is responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) back to the customer within 7 business days. If the customer doesn’t pay to return the item(s) back to them we will dispose of the merchandise with no refund being issued. The merchandise is the customer responsibility until we receive it. Packages that are returned to us because we shipped to the wrong address (due to our error) will be re-shipped at no additional expense of the customer. Packages that are returned to us because the address entered by the customer was wrong are not eligible for a return & will be re-shipped at the customers expense to the correct address provided by the customer.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive an item or package that is damaged you MUST save all the inside and outside packaging. Email us pictures of the damaged item(s), the outside package, and any inside packing materials. If an item is defective and we overlooked we will send you a label to send it back to us and send a replacement as soon as we receive the defective item. If an item is damaged during shipping by the carrier they will want to inspect the packing material and packaging before they issue a refund. If the item is not broken, we can send it back to the customer at the customers expense or refund the cost of the item only.

If an item is damaged or broken and the carrier deems it is not a shipping issue we require that you send it back to us WITH tracking information for proof (we STRONGLY suggest UPS over USPS). As soon as we receive it we will inspect it. If we find that it is a quality issue we will issue a refund or send a replacement, whichever you choose.



If a customer is unhappy with the quality of a product we will refund the cost of the item. If the item being returned and refunded is the only item on the order we will also refund the cost of shipping both ways. Some exceptions do apply. Quality of an item cannot be deemed unsatisfactory after it has been used. All items must be inspected before use!



All vaporizers are tested before being sold or shipped! Testing includes turning the unit on to confirm that the battery is working, confirming that the atomizer heats evenly, and confirming that all the settings/features are working correctly. Only unused vaporizers can be returned for a refund. We will strongly inspect every vaporizer before accepting a return. If we have even a slight inclination that the item has been used (even if it was cleaned) we will not accept it as a return. If the item is not working once it is sold we suggest contacting the manufacturer and going through with the product warranty. If the item is working but you are unhappy with it or it’s not what you expected, we will not accept it as a return; we suggest contacting the manufacturer for a possible refund.
